No, it’s not. THEY’RE THERE, USE THEM. Using a reference is not tracing, it’s cool.

“Know what you’re drawing”
Because seriously, I’ve seen someone insist a picture of a tree weasel was a picture of a cat. Really. Also I’m kinda tired of cat-faced dogs and same-dog when it comes to furry art. I once was drawing a commissions I thought was a regular wolfish-dog, buuuuut it was a bull terrier. So I hoped on google and fixed that picture, and the client loved it and everyone could tell it was a terrier and not another wolf-fox-genro-canine.
Reference is okay guys. It doesn’t make you a lesser artist. It makes you a better artist to reference your subject. Theres also a difference between referencing and copying. :|

I don’t really have a specific unique style. At least I don’t think I do.
One of my college room-mates told me once that my line and art style reminded them of the animated film “Titan AE”. I still don’t see it.
My line style is loose and flexible, and can range from very cartoon-like to a bit more realistic. *shrugs*

One to give to a friend, one to read for All Hallows Read. So there.

Original hand-drawn artwork done in a digital medium, streamed live so you can watch it grow, change, and develop as I work on it.
Specifics:
Streaming will happen in the evenings (EST) unless we can settle on a different day. I will not accept the job until the day of the stream. All sketches are simple, single character sketches. They follow the same rules as the basic single character sketch, the only difference is that they are a digital medium and can be sent to you immediately. So no waiting for the post! Style maybe cartoon-ish, or very simple line art.
